We have a 30 days return policy to send back your purchased item if you’re not satisfied and we will either refund or exchange the product. Unfortunately after 30 days you are not eligible to refund or exchange.
To complete your return we require you provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure the item is in its original condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return an item you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Once you provide proof of purchase and your return is received and examined we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed immediately and the refund amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item please kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Late or Missing Refund(If applicable)
In case you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company. Usually there is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and you have not still received a refund please contact us at email@example.com
